About

Hi, my name is Lewis, I’m a bodywork practitioner and I specialise in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI).

I help treat postural and movement dysfunctions and restore overall body awareness and connection – this helps people feel and move at their best!

Observing postural patterns and the gait cycle (how people walk) is a hobby of mine – I just love people watching. This also informs my clinical practice, the way you move is your posture in motion.

The feet, hips and neck are may favourite areas to treat in clinical practice.

I’m very passionate about helping people with chronic pain, movement dysfunction, everyday aches and pains, as well those dealing with pain post surgery (6 months or more).

I believe that Bodywork is an amazing way to find your natural place of balance, alignment & movement ease and find long term relief from pain. It’s why I do what I do.

MY STORY

I have been been practicing bodywork since 2018. I became interested in bodywork after experiencing the Anatomy Trains 12 session series which completely resolved my chronic lower back pain.

After my experience I knew that I wanted to specialise in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) and help people find relief  from chronic pain, just as I did.

I left my career in youth work and studied Remedial Massage and treated from the spare bedroom of my home until I completed the training. I then moved from Victoria to Western Australia to complete the ATSI training in 2021.

I now treat in clinic in Perth, Western Australia and I’m also an Anatomy Train’s assistant teacher, where I teach practitioners of various fields the benefits of Structural Integration.
